Giving Tuesday is an annual global day of giving that follows Thanksgiving weekend. It is also a day for everyone who loves Central Piedmont to unite to support the college's ability to provide life-changing education and career preparation opportunities to students

Central Piedmont students often face challenges such as balancing work, family and school; transportation issues; homelessness; and hunger. On November 30, we ask you to make a donation and send a powerful message of support to the community. Thank you for creating transformational opportunities for Central Piedmont students.

The Impact of Your Gift

  • $60 = bus passes for a student, allowing them to attend classes at one of the college's campuses
  • $100 = one pair of professional shoes and scrubs for a health careers student
  • $250 = an emergency grant that addresses challenges that threaten to derail a student's progress toward degree completion, including transportation, medical, housing, and childcare expenses
  • $500= textbooks or program specific equipment needed by a student for a semester
  • $1,875 = tuition for one semester for a student
I feel like Central Piedmont saw my potential and has given me the opportunity to mature, grow, and find my purpose in life.
